Year 2004 -2005
Division U is the youngest brother among all the divisions in District 80. It was formed on 1 July 2004
comprising 16 clubs formerly under Division S.
The term 2004/05 was a year of events for Division U. There was a period of leadership vacuum almost leading to a
crisis. Luckily Division Advisor DTM Patricia Lum took over the challenge to lead us to tide
over the difficult period.
Under Patricia's leadership, the performance of Division U turned out to be a pleasant surprise to a lot of
us. Division U achieved Select Distinguished Division Status for the term
2004-2005.
